This week we have been thinking about all things Harvest and Autumn!!

We chopped up pumpkins, onions and carrots and cooked our own delicious soup. We have been on an Autumn wlak to look for signs of Autumn around school - we collected fallen leaves and pine cones. 

We have learnt lots of new harvest festival songs including Dingle Dangle Scarecrow, Big, Red Combine Harvester and The Harvest Tango. I think wehave some future singers in the class!!

In phonics we have consolidated our previous learning and been orally blending longer words with 4 sounds in them. We have been recognising phonemes using this Spooky Sounds Game

In maths we have beenusing the vocabuary more than and fewer than to describe how many objects we can see. And in english we have recorded our favourite part of Juniper Jupiter and had a go at writing about it too!
