School Spider
The School Spider application is a free platform designed to make it easily accessible for Over Hall Community School to connect with families directly. We use this in conjunction with ClassDojo and Schoolgateway to make sure our parents/carers are as closely involved with their children’s school lives as possible.
School Spider allows school to communicate with families by sending messages, letters and other relevent information promptly to your mobile device as well as allowing you to view the upcoming events scheduled on our school calendar, thus always keeping families in the loop.
As a parent/carer of a child at Over Hall Community School you can download the School Spider app for free by accessing the google play or the apple app store on your mobile and searching School Spider. Please ensure the school has an up to date e-mail address.
To create a new account with School Spider:
- Download the FREE School Spider App
- Select Over Hall Community School
- Click Parent Login
- Click ‘Create Account’
- Input the email address we have on file for your child/children
- Follow the steps in the email you receive. Please note, your username is NOT your email address
For existing users that have used School Spider before, but you cannot remember your login details:
- Make sure you have the latest version of School Spider App
- Select Over Hall Community School
- Click Parent Login
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address and it will send you a reset password link and username. Please note, your username is NOT your email address
Once you have logged into your account you will be able to:
- Receive messages
- View upcoming events
- Book consultation evenings
